A Little About Us!

Life can be hectic, and there are times where there just aren't enough hours in the day.  Sometimes you just need a helping hand to get things done.  Our mission is simple:  help others around their homes so they can prioritize family, friends and themselves.  In doing so, we seek to demonstrate our integrity and character throughout each and every project we undertake. 

Our business is owned and operated by 3 people:  Tim Fischer, alongside his sons Jordan and Joshua Fischer.  We firmly believe our relationships with our customers are what set us apart.  

Tim Fischer (center) spent 32 years working for TransCore before retiring as Senior Vice President of Operations in May of 2024.  A degreed and licensed Civil Engineer, he worked in the construction industry.  Tim enjoys spending time near and on the water, grilling out on warm summer nights, and mowing other people's lawns.  Oh and getting humiliated by his sons on the golf course.  He enjoys that, too.

Jordan Fischer (right) worked in the trades for over 7 years.  He has his Commercial Drivers License (CDL), is experienced in operation of heavy equipment, and further holds his Airmen Certificate as a Private Pilot.  Jordan also has a passion for music, specifically playing piano and organ, and serves as the substitute organist at his church.  Just don't ask him about J.S. Bach unless you have some time on your hands.

Joshua Fischer (left) spent the last 6 years in the banking industry.  One of his passions is woodworking, a skill he has honed since high school. Another is cooking, which he demonstrates routinely at family gatherings, as well through nighttime photos of freshly prepared meals with the snarky tag line "what are you having for dinner tonight?"  Yes, he loves to torture us.

Our business philosophy starts with a relentless focus on our customers. On occasion, there might be a project better suited or more cost effective through others.  And that's okay, as we strive to ensure the best fit for our customers, to do what's right, and do it well.  That is our commitment to you, our customers.
